Refund and Returns Policy

Sadguru Dentals stands behind the quality of everything it sells and hope you’re happy with purchase. If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from us, you can return your item(s) as follows:

1. Returns and replacements are accepted within 8 days from the delivery of items.
2. An item is eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one of the following conditions – If it was delivered in a physically damaged condition or is not working in proper condition or if it is different from what was ordered.
3. Cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. We will generate the pickup
4. Items to be returned or replaced must be in resaelable conditions and contain the original packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards. Returned items are subject to inspection.
5. Refund shall be initiated within two days after the product returned reaches back to us and is inspected. Refund Will be processed directly in your bank account within two days after the returned items reach us. 
6. Products if marked as non returnable on the product detail page, cannot be returned. Refund Credit will not be granted for items unsuitable for resale.
7. Due to hygiene and safety reasons. Products that come in contact with the body cannot be returned because they are single use items.

Warranty-

• Manufacturer/Importer warranty are appicable on few listed products.
• Service and Warranty are handled by the manufacturer/importer directly for these products.
• Sadguru Dentals and the Buyer acknowledge that the Products purchased/used are a subject matter of original Manufacturer/Importer’s warranties only
• Any or all claims in relation to returns and replacement shall be made to the concerned Manufacturer/Importer only and Sadguru Dentals may assist the customer in registering a request to get the Product replaced or serviced. 
• The Buyer acknowledges that the Products once sold will not be exchanged or taken back unless the seal of the package or the Product is intact or not altered in any manner or is not tampered as the case may be
